Ever wonder where the hot dog started?

The hot dog’s roots trace back to German immigrants. Over time, the hot dog became a staple of American culture, served at ballparks, cookouts, street corners, and now food carts across the country.

A dream worth serving.

For as long as I can remember, it has been a dream of mine to open a food truck. Food has always brought people together, and I have always wanted to be a part of that.

Life had other plans. Instead of opening a food truck, I opened a hot dog cart.

I still serve in the military and travel for work, so The Daily Dog began as a passion project and a hobby. It gives me a chance to bring family and friends together, meet new people, and share unique hot dog creations with the Tulsa community.

Whether you are grabbing a classic dog or trying one of our military-inspired specialties, my goal is simple: serve good food, create a welcoming atmosphere, and have a little fun along the way.
